Before the fireball could even touch Gray, He used his magic [magic:Devour], and in an instant the fireball was engulfed in darkness. Leaving no traces behind.
Richard face was filled with agony and confusion he could not comprehend what just happened, he eyes flashing with anger.
"That was just a fluke, you were just lucky" Richard said, looking at Gray.
They again started enchanting the spell. But Gray had enough of their shit. He used his teleportation magic and appeared behind them,
"How foolish, Showing your back to enemy", Gray without a second thought, use [skill: Thunder], Suddenly a large cloud started to form above the sky. and in instant the lightning struck this idiot and they all fainted leaving the little burned.
"Try to be more professional next time, I will have a decent match with ya". Gray left through the school gates, leaving them on the grounds.
Gray decided to walk through the streets to find new things in this new world.
While walking in the streets he saw many people of different race like humans, Demi-humans, elves. Dwarfs, Dragon-kin. Talking , walking like a normal day. it was the peaceful time Gray had since he was teleported into this world.
Gray decided to try different kind of food, he went to different stores, restaurant, street renders and bought food and was eating while exploring the town.
Evening went by and now it was dark, People went to their homes, streets are empty leaving only few stores open and employees cleaning the stores and taking boards inside the stores.
Gray decided to go back to the restaurant where he ate the breakfast. He reached to the destination, in the dark only that place was open and their were noise coming out of it. laugh people talking and having fun. Gray decided to join them , as he opened the door he saw a whole restaurant full people drinking beer eating food and employees busy serving drinks and food.
Emily saw Gray and was happy seeing him,
"Gray, you came come here join us tonight is on the house", Emily was happy seeing Gray, her smile was telling how free she is feeling enjoying this busy moment, holding empty beer jugs, and in green and white maid uniform.
"Yeah, I was feeling very hungry, so I thought to came around", Gray took the empty seat that Emily showed him.
"What would you like to eat, Just tell us what you want to eat", Emily asked, with eyes shining and looking straight into his eyes.
"Well, I don't know. Why not you surprise me", Gray respond, He rests his head on his hand and looking around people.
"Yes on my way", Emily went to kitchen and brought many dishes like grilled meat, fried fish, pork meat and beer.
"Oh, that is too much. But I will make sure to eat everything". Gray told her with smile on his face. looking at the food sizzling.
Emily smiled and went back to her duty
Gray started with the grilled meat, as he took the first bite, he started chuckling slowly, his eyes started to tear up, It was his first time eating so delicious food. He ate the food without holding back. Every bite and every moment was ecstasy to him, savoring every bite and drinking the beer.
Gray, created some ice and put in the beer, making it chilled and drank. He started to remember his days as a teenager when he only ate cup ramen and only soda and worked part-time jobs.
After sometime, Emily came to check up on Gray and she saw him eating so happily and smiling she decided not to disturb his moment, Looking at his smiling face making her heart race and feeling overwhelmed with emotion. She controlled her emotion and went back to work.
Gray ate all the served food and his stomach was full, He wanted to give the restaurant especially Emily something in return but he could decide anything so he just left the restaurant. Before going, he wrote the note on the table that read This was the happiest moment of my life, I will make sure to repay you and restaurant in every possible way, Gray.
Gray was walking to the dorms, He was in his thoughts about the restaurant, Streetlamps flickering, Gray couldn't help but the look back at the restaurant roof and smiled. Clearly, the restaurant and Emily left very big impression in his heart.
He turned around and Teleported himself back in this dorm.
